April's room

I have a gorgeous luxury modern 3 story townhome located in EaDo Houston and I’m looking for professional, clean, and responsible female roomies to room with. 

It’s a 3bd 3bth, so you would have your own bathroom, walk in closet and spacious room to yourself either on the 1st or third floor. The second floor is the common shared living room space with balcony, and a half bathroom. 

Short term renting is available for a minimum of 6 months. All utilities (Wi-Fi, water, gas, etc) will be paid, request room furnished or unfurnished — no smoking or pets allowed. 

You may have guest in your room, and I would also enjoy roommate dinners or hang together etc. from time to time.
