Ethan's room

The room is large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed and includes an en suite full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, sink, cabinet and toilet. The house has a fenced in backyard and deck. The kitchen is fully supplied with appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware. The neighborhood has a huge pool as well as a gym and clubhouse, all included.

Right now it’s a friend and I that are living at the house. I’m the overly extroverted one and he’s the quiet introverted one. Take your pick! Both neat and clean guys. I’m in my twenties but consider myself an old man. The only parties I throw are big cocktail parties I host every Christmas. So, if some adjectives used to describe you in high school or collage could be lame, responsible or mature… you might be the perfect fit for our household, haha.
