Right next to BART/bus station, totally plugged into transit and the Bay Area Trail / bike path. It’s a busy street, as you’d expect with a name like “Central” right on the border between Albany and El Cerrito. Berkeley is a 25 min bike ride along the Greenway. Location is key, and this place is close to shopping etc. all inside a nice walkable plaza close to the freeways if you drive. Plenty of street parking.
