Won’t find a better deal in Park Newport since I was able to lock this place in 2 years ago during covid prices (same townhomes listed $3800+). Even drastically cheaper than any studio apartment that’s listed on their website. Urge you to look at the website for all the incredible free amenities that’s offered (multiple pools, gym, tennis courts, market, etc.).

Place is super clean, already furnished (high end sofa, 70“ tv, surround sound, dining set, deck furniture), in unit washer/dryer, bedroom listed even includes a mounted 55“ inch tv if you want it, multiple complex parking spots.

Rent is $1565, utilities automatically gets added to the bill to split, only $35 needed for internet monthly (have AT&T Fiber 1000 mbps speed, plus boosters already setup so ability to WFH and stream multiple devices)
