Brand new condo that I just moved into and I’m looking for a chill housemate! The place has an attached two-car garage that you can park in and you will be able to enjoy a fully furnished living room and kitchen with brand new appliances. You will have your own bathroom and room, with access to a large community gym and resort pools. There’s central AC and heating, and in-unit washer and dryer. 10 minutes to UTC, 13 minutes to UCSD, 10 minutes to major freeways.

It is just me living at the condo! I’m a 27 year old guy who works from home full time at a consulting firm. I am down to earth and find it relaxing to have time to myself, but also enjoy a night out. I am a clean and tidy person and would hope to find someone like-minded. I love cooking for my friends and hosting small dinner parties every now and then. If you like tequila and wine, then I think we will get along just fine.
