About the room: 150 sq ft. with big closet, and personal full bath attached. Vinyl flooring, and lots of windows for light. Room is currently furnished, but everything will be moved out soon.

About the house: 3 bedroom house with dining room, living room, and big kitchen. Vinyl flooring throughout. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Fenced in front yard, large patio with plenty of seating opportunities. The front yard does need some love, but I broke my leg and can not currently tend to it. Small side yard with a shed available for storage. Plenty of room to plant a garden bed, or flowers. Total of 3 assigned parking spots available. We would be splitting all utilities 3 ways with the tenant that lives in the carriage house in the back. The third bedroom is used as my office/guest bedroom. You would be welcome to use the bedroom for your guests or as an office as well.

Single 30 year old gal and her two adorable boy cats. I work from home and am pretty quiet most of the time. I feel I have the perfect balance of alone and social time. Totally down to develop a friendship or just let you do your thing. My cats are super spoiled, so you have to love cats and be friendly to them. One is definitely more outgoing than the other. Unfortunately, we can’t have any additional pets. Please no crazy house parties, but chill parties and guests are welcome, no issue with overnight guests, this would be your house too!
