Two spacious furnished room for rent in a large House in Scotch Plains, NJ 07076. The house is a 5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms house in a quite dead end street. It has a large living room, family room, formal dining room, study room (office), breakfast room and kitchen. It has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliance. It also has a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the house. The house has a large deck, fenced backyard and central AC and heating. I am renting two of these five bedrooms out. I ask $1500 a month for each of these bedrooms. All utilities (electricity, natural gas, water and sewer, etc) and TV and Internet are included in the rent. You will be 1 of 3 living in the house. each one of us can practically occupy two or more rooms. The house is 20 minutes (3-minute drive) walk away from the train station (Fanwood). The train takes about 60 minutes to get to Penn Station NYC. Parks are in walking distance. Restaurants and Shopping centers are a few minutes drive away.

No pets and No Party Please. Occasional or rare Guests are Okay. Age limit is 25 to 75 years old. No gender limit.
