Madison's room

Large one bedroom for rent in a 5 bedroom 3 bath house. We are 3 ladies looking for a 4th - the house is capped at 4 tenants. The bathroom is shared with one other lady. Water and electricity are shared, all other utilities covered by landlord.

All new paint, flooring, and washer/dryer units, storage sheds, shared outdoor grill and patio set. Located on the east side of West Valley, 15 minutes from downtown SLC with easy freeway access.

We are all tidy and friendly women within the 20-30 rage! Two of us have dogs. Non-LDS standards.
