Beautiful home in the safe and quiet 7 Oaks neighborhood. The house comes with a pool and jacuzzi and laundry room. I am turning my office space into a room and renting it out. Rent will be $850 with all utilities included. A month to month lease signing will be required along with a $400 deposit.
