Two upstairs rooms are available as well as a more accessible room downstairs. Bathroom is shared. Roommate is an elderly lady who smokes cigarettes outside and has two dogs inside. Pets welcome as long as they get along. Roommate may need a little help getting groceries from the car and driving her to a doctor appointment if you are available. If that’s something you don’t mind, the rent would be negotiable. If you know you don’t want to be asked, this probably isn’t a good fit.
