Quiet neighborhood, near several shopping options. 5 minutes to Regent University, interstate. Semi-private living area included with the room (back half of the house). General Utilities + Wifi, pest control included. Possible garage storage. Decent yard. (allergies to cats and dogs)

Single occupant, retired military - grad student. Usually busy during the weekday(School/work); couch surfing or outside adventuring on the weekends. I occasionally have guests over to visit, but I keep visitors on my side of the house.
