Great location Southside of Savannah near shopping and restaurants. One mile from Montgomery Xroad and While bluff. Private entrance, private bathroom with walk in shower. Large closet, no carpet, fully furnished, all utilities except internet and cable not included.

Living our best life on the sunny Southside of Savannah. We enjoy fishing, walking, reading, and a quiet evening under the stars. Non-smokers and no pets or children. I prefer someone who does not party all night must work must pay rent on time must be responsible and respect each other’s privacy.
