Ann Street

I own a large clean house in very good condition at 1017 Ann Street in East Lansing. I have a lease with 3 ladies from MSU, but one just dropped out. We have one bedroom available for 1 person. I’m helping the 2 ladies find a replacement. Very nice house close to MSU, AC, laundry, good parking, wood floors, many nice features. Prefer college student, female or male. Available now through August 2023.

Two friendly ladies. Focused on academics, but social with lots of energy. They are students at Michigan State University, originally from the suburban Detroit area. Like to keep the house clean, classy and fresh. Everyone has a car and parking is good, but the house is close to campus and downtown East Lansing so it’s easy to walk everywhere. There’s a nice patio in the back yard with a fire pit. The yard is big for East Lansing and privacy fences help define the space and give some privacy for social activities.
