Tyler's room

2 bed 1 bath - close to bus lines, light rail and interstate - right off Colorado Blvd. Your room will be unfurnished, but I have enough furniture to fill the living room. Kitchen furnished. Bathroom and tub/shower are shared. Must fill out an application to live in the complex. No smoking, and no pets. I can handle cats as an emotional support animal, but I’m allergic to dogs, and you need proper documentation to have the animal accepted. You need okay credit, no evictions. Room pictured is currently furnished, but that’s my stuff.

Update: the apartment complex has requested that I only rent to people who can physically see the place, so I have a hard time offering the space to you if you’re not in Denver at the moment.

I’m a pretty average person. I like metal, fighting games, weird fiction and bad movies. Gluten free. I work for the public library system. My current roommate and best friend is moving in with their partner, so I would like to find someone to fill their spot. We don’t -have- to be best friends, though. As long as you are level-headed and communicate well, we should be fine.
