South 101st East Avenue

The apartment complex is off 11th and Mingo, right next to Quiktrip and the police station. I haven’t had any issues at all with my neighbors, in fact, my next door neighbors have security cameras setup which also provide security for my apartment! I’m renting out the bedroom. I sleep in the living room on a hide-a-bed couch. These apartments don’t look like much on the outside but were completely renovated on the inside, all new appliances.

My last roommate screwed me over, so I am now asking for 1st months rent up front! If you can’t afford what I’m asking for the security deposit, we can work something out but like I said I’ll need 1st months rent up front. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

I’m a cigarette smoker, I smoke outside. I have a cat, he is old and isn’t particularly fond of people. I’m a nerd and like movies, anime, comics, and I’m also learning to play the guitar. I’m 29.
