Home is conveniently located by Windsor Lake, about a mile walk. It is centrally located and about 30 minute drive to Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. This is 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Bathroom is shared. Big backyard with a grill and patio and front row seats to fireworks the city puts on. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Lease is month to month.
About the roomies
There are 3 current residents under the age of 25. Two females and one male. This is not a partying type of group so there is no need to worry about that. They would not appreciate partying either. BBQ with friends in the backyard is welcome. There are 3 dogs at the house. If you are not a fan of pit bulls, this house is not for you. Ideal for college students. Anyone without pets.
