You’ll be moving into a private home in a gated community.Driveway parking available as long as your vehicle does NOT leak any type of fluid. The home is less than three years old. The room is completely furnished and has plenty of storage space as well as a smaller tv. There is WiFi and cable T.V. including Netflix which is covered in the cost of the rent. All the other utilities are covered by the rent as well. You have your own bathroom with a tub/shower setup. You have use of the kitchen and dining room as well. The washer and dryer is also at your disposal. You can use what ever I have available in the kitchen to cook. The dishwasher is also at you disposal. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself as I am a very clean and neat person.I have several house rule which I will discuss when and if we meet.The community is 55 and over so I prefer a women in that range..I do require 1st month rent, last month rent and security of $800 up front before move in….NO EXCEPTION!!!
I live here alone. I am ex-law enforcement so…yes, I am well armed. I work in Orlando as a bus operator .I start very early in the morning and come home late at night. I do background checks and credit reports. No smoker or drinkers!!! Also,….. No pets of any kind….sorry!
