About the roomies
I will be moving into this apartment in October and I am looking for a new room mate to help pay rent! Someone who is chill and to themselves. I work a lot and stick to myself. Im very respectful of space and keep things clean.

Rent here is pricey but it is the nicest location I’ve found since living in Beaufort, SC that is centrally located from Parris island and MCAS. I estimate the rent to be between $1000-$1150 at most! Hopefully closer to $1100 after being split between the two of us. Own room, own bathroom, laundry and dryer included, 24 hour gym on site
