Large 2100sqft house outside freeway exit and less than a mile from PSNS and a little more than a mile from the ferry terminal. There’s a nice BBQ restaurant on the corner of the street. This home has parking for 3 vehicles and has a brand new security system. The room isn’t furnished but can be furnished. Main areas of the house are getting renovated so new flooring will be in. We have high speed internet, gamers welcomed. AC and heat will be provided if needed.

Room is now furnished! With a queen bed and desk! It has a open closet with shelving.

There are 3 of us working full time jobs. We will be around mostly at night but are all fairly quiet. One living in master and two living in spare rooms. we have 3 dogs that are very friendly and are open to welcome more for a deposit. Large Dog Friendly as well, we don’t care the breed as long as its a kind dog.
