Legacy Drive

I have a very nice two bedroom apartment I am willing to share with the right person. The room is a very nice size single room with a small walk-in closet unfurnished. There is a living room,dining room, A full kitchen and washer and dryer And a balcony in the apartment that is yours to use, I am looking for someone who is clean and caring and emotionally stable. Not looking for a major partier or someone who brings people over all the time. If you’re serious just checking your income and able to pay rent and half the electric which not very expensive Please let me know if you’re serious Don’t ask for pictures because of privacy I don’t send them I’ll just ignore your email I’m not being rude but if someone really wants aa apartment, I want to meet them too it’s very nice apartment. I am a very nice person I’ve been successful in life so why I want to room with somebody who’s nice and pretty much keeps herself like I do. You’ll never know I’m here well I then if I’m cooking or doing laundry . I’ve had people come over and say they want the apartment and never see them again so I require a deposit upfront. Multiple people really like the apartment but they start trying, why do you pay less or not pay the deposit or bring a spouse or their children over to stay with them and I can’t do that to wheel and deal and I’m not gonna buy a bedroom set so they can live here or change the deposit or change the rent if you can’t afford the rent don’t send me a message. I hate I have to be that way but you’ll be amazed at what I’ve been through with his room

I am a divorced Single white male who is safe and not working for a relationship other than friends. I’m quiet I don’t play stereo just my TV in the bedroom. I have my own bathroom and I keep the apt clean. I do have children but they’re older and don’t live here.
