Large bedroom with full bathroom across the hall. Room can be updated, painted or flooring possibly talked about being changed to suit.

Home owner that is easy to get along with and mostly does my own thing. No other roommates at this time and no plans of having more. Not in a hurry to find a roommate. Will update with pictures later.
