HOUSE ATMOSPHERE: I very rarely have company over and this is not a party or social home. If you’re looking for a “hangout” spot, this is not the atmosphere for you. I like to keep the home very orderly and tidy/clean and picking up/cleaning after yourself is a necessity. Alcohol is acceptable under the obvious rules that you are not excessively loud late at night and cleanup after yourself. No smoking indoor or outdoor. No pets.
