Very spacious private room w/ private entry, there is a bathroom and shower, but shower is out of order and you will need to shower in another shower in the home. Wood fireplace. Full gym in garage and above ground pool in summer. Near bus lines. Single moms are welcome! No couples, no pets, the couch is no longer in the room. I have not updated pictures due to tenant still living in room. Looking to remodel the bathroom so may be available by the end of spring. All the utilities included except, water and electricity.

I am a single mother who works part time at Tacoma General. Our other roommate is also a single mother who works full time. We stay in a separate area with the kitchen dividing the house.
