Private room available in Older 5-bedroom, single family property, which will slowly be rehabbed during your tenancy. There is plenty of on street parking, but has off street parking, yard, laundry area, and shared bathroom. Utilities are separate and not included in the rent.

I’m a non-smoker. I prefer that you smoke outside if you smoke. I work from home most of the time, therefore I’m looking for a person that does not play alot of loud music or keep constant company during the day. No overnight guests are permitted without authorization.
