East Waverly Street

The room is an average sized, unfurnished bedroom with a closet and one nice window. The home is mostly brick and has beautiful wood ceilings. The kitchen was just remodeled and the house is fully furnished with a nice, covered back patio.

I’m full time in my career working from home. I am also a part-time business coach, so I take client calls and I create social media content for my business. I have two sweet dogs who like to spend their time chasing lizards in the back yard, wresting or napping. We live in a nice, quiet neighborhood just .5 mile from Costco, 2 miles from Trader Joes, and 1 mile from Target. We also have easy access to the River Path, making it a convenient place for great bike rides, roller blading, walks and runs. The downside (and one reason I’ve been hesitant to post my spare room) is that the bathroom is shared, and it’s quite small. I want a roommate who is clean and organized, willing and consistent in maintaining our shared bathroom and living areas. Dog fur is present but I vacuum almost every day.
