About the room
Hi everyone!
Urgently looking for a roommate to move into a luxury jersey city apartment. I am moving out for work and looking for someone to occupy my room. This apartment has a spacious living area and you will have your own bathroom. The PATH train station is only 5 mins walk away and 15 mins commute to the city.
This building has a gym, swimming pool, doorman, yoga studio, karaoke room, and an amazing rooftop.
The rent is $2100. We have already paid for the amenities so there is no additional cost for that. Utilities including wifi, heat, and water are included in the rent so you will only be paying for electricity and gas.

About the roomies
You will only have one roommate. She is a young professional and originally from China. She is very considerate, and kind and likes to keep the space clean. We are preferably looking for a female roommate to get into the lease that ends in May 2023.
