Hey y’all! This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a beautiful yard. Access to the rail trail, right across the street. Small town. I’m looking for 1 person to occupy the house with me. Though it’s 3 bedrooms, it’s a fairly smaller house. So we could even turn the other room into a guest room or so. Landlords are the neighbors and they are super sweet. I’ve lived in the house for almost a year. My 2 roommates are moving out due to new opportunities. This are is a small and tight community. Most of us work for the ranch next door. My name is Erica! I’m 29 years old and I work on the horse ranch next door to the property. I have a 9 year old German shepherd who is super sweet with people and a little selective with other dogs. I prefer to find a roommate who either doesn’t have a dog orrrr if their dog gets along with mine. I like to keep my home clean and cozy. Open communication is big for me! I’ve been very fortunate to have gotten along extremely well with all my roommates in previous living situations and I’m hoping to find someone who can continue that streak. :)
