Large nice room in luxorious house. This house is in Woodstock off HWY 92 and Bells Ferry but has an Acworth address. I am asking more on rent than some listings but you will truely get what you pay for. We have comcast with ALL the channels, and the FASTEST 2GB Internet. You will habe your own X1 4k TV box, and your room can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished it will be setup to your liking with memory foam mattress and your own mini fridge. At this rent, your not going to get no cheap landlord pinching pennies or worried about bills being high. Thats all factored in and your comfort and satisifaction comes first. The house will constantly get nicer and updated. There will be a large concrete inground salt water pool being installed in the back yard with a hot tub this coming spring. The basement features amenities you will not find in 4 star hotels. There will only be one other roommate besides you and me that has not been determined. The first person to rent I will take into consideration with decisions on accepting the 2nd roommate to come. There is a maid that comes twice a week. The house has All hardwood floors, fresh paint and finishings. Will include a minifridge for your own room if you like, there are 2 large refridgerators in the fully stocked kitchen so plenty of space for everyone. Looking for quality open minded laidback individuals for roommates. I have 2 nice rooms that I am renting out, each one has a large closet. I like to be cool so I keep house 65-68 year round. I do have 2 well trained older dogs that are kenneled in my absence and are well disciplined and taken care of. There is not dog or animal odor and their access to home is limited, aswell as a cat, that stays in my master bedroom mostly so their are no litterbox smells etc. I do say this though so those with allergies please be aware. It is because of the animals already in the house I am not open to any roommates with animals. Reptiles etc are different. The home is very large over 6,000 sq feet. There is a bar, billiard room, sauna & gym, and home theater in the 4,000sq foot basement, upstairs is 2,000sq ft+ . I do not care if you smoke but absolutely no smoking ciggarettes in house. 420 is negotiable as long as there are no problems with the other roommate. I am really looking for longterm roommates. I bought this house to avoid renting st the worst time possible so the mortgage is sky high, Im not trying to make any money off of you but lesson the burden on the mortgage. It is for that reason I am requiring a deposit and 30 day notice. Long as you take care of the place and respect everyones space I forsee no issues. I am very laidback and mellow. Ive always been the roommate to others it seems impossible to find; so hopefully the right people read this and see the oppurtunity to live in a sanctuary and peaceful place and contribute the same. A little about me I work im the automotive field, I am a car guy obsessed with high hp and fast n loud fun. I have a soft spot for Import Tuners but like all types of cars and trucks. I enjoy anime and video games. If this sounds like an ideal living arrangement for you please get in touch. Due to previous experiances though there are no exceptions on deposit and I am firm on the rent. Rent is due on the 1st, late by the 5th. Im not an asshole though treat me right Ill take care of you but I cannot and will not risk the mortgage payments I am relying on help with. Keep that in mind just fair upfront honesty.
