Private room in a two bedroom condo with your own bathroom (not in room). Elevator in building. Each roommate has a balcony yours would be accessible through the living room. AC/Heat unit in each room. Living Room balcony is designated for you.
The common area is the kitchen and living room which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven. Washer/dryer in unit.
There is a trash shoot on every floor and amenities included with the rent. The amenities include a gym, and recreational area. Located on the first floor. Quiet neighborhood.
Looking for someone clean/neat and respectable of shared space. This is not a party house.
If/when you decide to rent, documents required by the landlord are the following:

Professional Female works full time M-F owns small dog (lives in the apartment also) Looking for a professional female who likes a quiet environment is neat, clean, respectful and doesn’t mind a few get togethers every now and then, but shouldn’t interfere with noise or space.
