Shannon's room

This property is amazing, and very new- it was built in January & I have lived here since then. Life happens, and you live and you learn, so I was able to get my own place thankfully! I like it so much that I stayed. Comes with really everything included, minus the electricity.

So the only person that would be living here is me, I’m a medical student, currently doing her work out here in Miami. Place comes semi furnished, and you would have the common area; for the most part, you might never actually see me. The only thing that I ask is that you are a female student, and that we meet before. There would be a lease to sign, but that paperwork is easy because I already live here.
