Seeking mature responsible Housemate, Laguna Lake area of San Luis Obispo.

Room available now; background check required. A 1-year lease+ is preferred, however, I am open to possible short-term solutions as well.

Rent is $1200.00 and the deposit is $1200.00; includes basic use of utilities included in rent: gas, electric, water, garbage, and WIFI.

ABOUT THE BEDROOM: Fully furnished 11’ x 13’ room, move-in ready. Includes: maple wood queen sized bed head/board footboard, tall dresser 2 small dressers, wood/metal desk TV stand, 55“ smart TV, brass mirror with stand. Bedroom faces the Irish Hills, located in the front of the home, with great natural lighting of skylight, 2 windows, and built in ceiling/light fan, wall light, and bedding is available if needed.

ON-SITE FACILITIES: Laguna Lake Mobile Estates includes, to name a few… Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, small game room, small workout room, Annex, library, clubhouse, horse shoe pit, and several free monthly events. A few are paid events, such as the pancake breakfast ($4), some special events.

HOME PHOTOS: There is a new denim couch set and dining table chairs. Also a new stainless steel refrigerator and stove. I’m purging in my personal space and not able to take a photo in its state at the moment. Spring cleaning in progress.

PETS: We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats. Both are lovebugs, though one is afraid of most and the other we call Elvis (though is name is Peter) as he loves females of all types. Therefore, having additional pets isn’t as complimentary to the peace of our home. Doesn’t hurt to ask and understand.

About us: Two kind and somewhat outgoing Housemates; age group is 61 and 74. Kitties are about 4 years old.

It is myself, one other housemate, and 2 indoor/outdoor cats. I’m unable to house any dogs from a prior dog attack to myself and cats, plus allergies. And sadly, my cats do not get along with other cats. However, other pets may be acceptable.

Our home has a relaxing easy-going environment. We are each responsible for cleaning up after ourselves as well as cleaning shared spaces on a monthly basis.
