RE: Seeking Housemate, Laguna Lake area - SLO Room available September 2nd. Rent is $950.00 and the deposit is $950.00 with a background and credit check. Includes standard utility usage of gas, electric, water, garbage, and WIFI. I have a furnished room for rent. The room is 11 x 13 and is nicely furnished with a maple wood queen sized bed head/board footboard, tall dresser 2 small dressers and long wood short shelving unit, a standing light with shelves, and 3-wire shelving unit for organizing in the closet. The room also has 1 skylight, ceiling fan, wall light, and bedding is available if needed. On-site facilities: We have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, small game room, small workout room, Annex, library, clubhouse, horse shoe pit, and monthly events. A 6-month lease+ is preferred, however, I am open to possible short-term solutions as well. If you are seeking a new place to hang your hat and a new place to call home, please reach out to me.

About us: It is myself, one other housemate, and 2 indoor/outdoor cats. I’m unable to house any dogs from a prior dog attack to myself and cats, plus allergies. And sadly, my cats do not get along with other cats. However, other pets may be acceptable. Our home has a relaxing easy-going environment. We are each responsible for cleaning up after ourselves as well as cleaning shared spaces on a monthly basis.
