Lance's room

I own a 2 bedroom house in Lebanon, I’m renting a room and the bathroom kitchen and living room will be shared by me. I have my Two children every other week. The house has a fenced back yard and is 3/4 of an acre lot.

I am a friendly person that likes to keep the place clean. Recently divorced and in need of help with the mortgage. All of the exterior work (mowing, sweeping, etc) will be done by me. I have two lovely, respectful children ages 9 and 7 who love with me half time.
