Located near MGM, libraries, Mass Mutual center, hghwys, colleges, bus lines, 1-2 miles from hospitals, etc., No drugs, drama or overnight guests, no pets, room is for 1 person only. House is usually quiet with low traffic i want to keep it that way, and house rules must be respected

There are 2 bedrooms on the 3d floor, these 2 people share the sitting area and kitchenette also on the 3d floor. Living and dining rooms, and outdoor areas are shared, parking is on the street ***There’s a mixed breed dog in the house ( he’s not allowed on the 3d flr.) so no other pets are allowed.
