I’ll be moving out of this property October 1 and I am looking for a new tenant to replace me. It’s a “mobile home” technically, but it’s quite big and it doesn’t have wheels. It’s got everything you need, including good wifi, a mattress, a desk, a large closet, your own bathroom and access to a large kitchen. The landlord is nice and reasonable too. Since I’m just a tenant, I’ll put you in contact with him if you’re interested.

You would have one co-tenant, a realtor in her early 60s. She’s pretty friendly; we’ve never had any disputes. She’s also very orderly, which I’ve very much appreciated.
