I’m subleasing and hoping someone can takeover my lease for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom(junior) apartment at the Alfred in West Loop from late September to July 22nd, 2023. It costs $1860 + $95(for utilities) per month. I also pay about $25-$30 for electricity each month. The apartment has incredible amenities, like a rooftop, lounge, in unit washer/dryer and a fully-equipped gym. Additionally, there’s a coffee shop, the unit is on the highest residential floor and the kindest doorman downstairs! It’s in a super convenient location and very close to the Art Institute.
