You will have your own private large bedroom and shared bathroom with another roommate. We have a large kitchen area upstairs and a comfortable living space downstairs with an area for laundry (washer and dryer included). Large fenced backyard. Driveway and street parking available.

One of our roomies is leaving us at the end of December. The room will be available after 1/1/2024. It is currently myself and two other female roommates. Two of us have bedrooms downstairs. Yours will be upstairs next to the other roommate. You will share a bathroom with them. Must love animals as we have three cats and two dogs between us. However, we are not looking to have any more pets at this time. We are all friendly, relatively clean and occupied with our own lives, but enjoy conversation and spending time with each other when it works out. Cannabis friendly.
