I live in a very nice complex. It is 2 bedroom/2bathrooms. My roommate will have their own suite divided by kitchen and living room. The suites consist of huge walk-in closet, own bathroom and bedroom. Excellent for a roommate situation. Bedroom is already furnished but can be removed if u have own furniture. Complex has 2 gym areas and an amazing pool and 2 grilling stations for outdoor fun. Must be willing to get on lease. Room available November 1st. Price is $1050.00/month and that will include utilities. I have been here 4 years. Would like to stay here but rent has increased and wanting a roommate to help with rising costs of living.
