Hello! I just signed a rental lease for a 2 bed, 1 bath single level apartment in the heart of Eldorado Canyon and am in search of a roommate or better yet a couple to help split the hefty but well worth it rent.

Mainly looking for someone who is between ages 24-40 that is generally friendly, communicative, and is willing to help keep the the common areas tidy. The space is pretty open, but the common area and kitchen are connected leaving a small common area.

The lease requires no smoking on the property unless you’re 10 or more ft. from the building. I don’t think pets are allowed sadly.

Amenities: Private bedroom, gas stove, river access, on street parking, walking distance from Eldorado Canyon State Park. The space has a shared bathroom and all utilities would be split (gas, electric, internet etc.).

Base rent is $2100 and utilities have been around $400 a month.

Rent would be $2500 total amounting to $1250 per person per month.

If a couple is interested, it would be about $833.00 per person.

A little about Me: I have lived in Boulder since 2013. I enjoy climbing, running, biking, skiing, and generally am happiest outside. I like to cook and occasionally, have friends over for dinner or an apre after climbing along with a game night here and there.

I work in Boulder as an Environmental Scientist and have the option of working from home which I may utilize once or twice a week depending.

The property owner would require the roommate to sign a one year lease. This requires a $30 application fee and a background check. Ideally finding someone for November 1st move in would be awesome.
