Washer and dryer included in house. Access to a community pool and tennis court available. Get to live right across the street from Walmart, Detwilers , crunch gym, less then 10 min to USF SRQ, Ringling college, New College etc., 10 min from Downtown Sarasota, and 5 min from UTC mall and I75!
