Ana's room

One room is 14’x10’ the second one is 11’x9’, not including the closets. I rent this 4 bedroom house near Brier. Looking for a roommate until the end of May. I am a working professional and am not home during the day. I am looking for another working professional who may be looking for a room and office/storage situation since there are 2 rooms included. Private bathroom. I have a small elderly dog, will accept pets on a case by case basis. Please no couples or people with children. I’m just looking for ONE roommate. I keep a clean and orderly home and will expect roommates to do the same. Parking is in the driveway. Rate includes water, sewer, garbage, gas, wifi and landscaping. Need 1st and last month’s rent, $200 deposit without pets, $400 with pets.

I work in the medical field Mon-Friday. I will be listing the downstairs area as well so there will be a total of 3 roommates.
