Hello! This house has a shared kitchen, living room, and shower. There is a fenced in backyard. Parking will be street parking. It’s a quiet neighbourhood located right off nine mile by UWF. I’m opened to cat owners and mothers. No couples. I do not want smoke smells in my house at all. My kids are asthmatic. I drink. I’m not a stickler for any appropriate under the influence behaviours and I’m not against appropriate get togethers at my house with light notice.

My household consists of myself, two little boys, and one cat. My mother lives in an RV behind the house. I stick to myself and do my own thing. Looking for someone that does the same. Must be ok with high energy children. We go to school/work and will not always be home. I’m a full-time single mother who works full time, goes to college, and just needs help paying my bills. I’m a great communicator and I’m respectfully considerate. Let’s talk about it!
