Will be $1800 permth for couples or single parent with kid. Hi iam renting out my guest room in the back of the house. Very beautiful guest house on half acre back yard. You will have separate entrance and your patio area. Room is furnished. You will have aprtment style studio. U will have a 1 parking space in front of the garage also. U have your own kitchen, bathroom, closet, refrigerator (from me) and furnished with recliner couch, bed and night stand. I put some washer and dryer also on the storage area. You have ur own a c system and separate with the central a c. Couples or single mom with kids are okay also. Will charge $200 extra for couple or more than 1 person stay. Need background check. Day creek exit, near 210 freeway, couple miles from victoria garden and shopping center.

We re family of 5 who is living in the house… We just moving to the area by sept. And we would like to have a responsible roommate to rent our guest house…
