My roommate is moving out when the lease is up in june. (Were really great friends, but she wants to move in with her best friend) my boyfriend and I are possibly looking to rent out the extra bedroom in our apartment. We can afford it ourselves, but if we find a good roommate we will consider renting it out just to help us financially.

Females only who are around our age.

Our kitchen and living room is furnished, but there are some furniture pieces we’d like to replace. Also, still in the process of slowly decorating and furnishing the place.

No smoking cigarettes, Our apartment complex is no smoking property.

Rent would be around ~$700.

Wifi is $100 And power bill is $170-$200. The bills are split evenly.

I am a first grade teacher. My boyfriend works for amazon. We have been together for 7 and half years. We are 25 years old.

Since i am a teacher, i do a lot of paperwork from home and most weekends i am working from home for a couple of hours during the day. Theres not a schedule to that, just when i feel like it lol.

We are homebodies, but occasionally go out for date nights. We try to cook at home as much as we can. We love to watch movies and tv shows. My boyfriend is a gamer; i am not. I love shopping.

No pets. I am allergic.
