$1000 rent/ month (includes regular cleaning service, yard work, internet and garbage/ recycle services) + split water, sewage and electricity bills among headcount.

Another roommate works at medical lab in her mid 20s, who you will be sharing the bathroom with. She has cat that’s usually stays in the room.

Cleanliness is important for shared living space. Please clean up after yourself and remove shoes inside the house.

I also have a very friendly cat (1-year old 4 months Maine coon mix, named Smokey) living in the house.
