It’s furnished w/ built in shelves and chest of drawers. We’re quiet, former military, het cpl. Private room next to bath room. Full house access, smart tv, you’ll get 1\3 of the fridge including crisper drawer. Pref no pets as we have 4 rescue cats and 1 rescue chihuahua.
About the roomies
We’re calm, normal,non tolerant on drugs, I just started making wine, John works on collectible models. We’re sneaking up on 60. Don’t party or fight or blare noise. On site parking! Dinners I usually provide!
