We are a couple living in a brand new house with 4 beds and 3 baths. Below are the details:

• Furnished Bedroom in a Single Family House for rent in a safe, friendly, and quiet Fremont neighborhood.
• Quiet location, close to the 880/680 freeway but far enough so you don’t hear it
• 3 minutes walk to Central Park, Lake Elizabeth
• Close to mall, bus stop, grocery stores, post office, hospitals, BART station.
• Luxurious high ceiling room is 120 square feet and has its own desk/chair, queen bed (with bedding), nicely decorated
• Room has lights with dimmer *Natural light through Window
• Closet with light and organizer.
• Luxurious large Private full bathroom
• Plenty of Free Parking space
• $100 for utilities which include: Comcast internet (Wi-Fi), water, gas, electricity, garbage
• Access to in-house appliances: washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric water kettle, small electric stove
• Access to the large common room, nicely furnished with carpet and leather couches
• First-month rent and $600 security deposit required to move in.
• The lease agreement of 6 months or more is preferred. Month to month can also be considered
• No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests.
• We are looking for a person who is clean, quiet, friendly, respectful of the house & other roommates and needs light to no cooking, single female roommate with stable income and/or student Rent : $1200 Utilities: $100 Deposit: $600
