**Looking for two roommates to sign the new lease in the fall with me and my friend! (21-30 year old males preferred)

*House is located near 60th Street and Kalamazoo Rd.

*House was recently built in 2019. It’s located off of 60th and Kalamazoo on the SE side of Grand Rapids in a safe new development neighborhood. The house comes with a 2 car garage that I won’t be parking my car in, a back porch, and a huge backyard. It has a massive unfinished basement for storage and extracurricular activities, open middle floor plan that includes the kitchen, living room space, laundry room, half bathroom, and a closet for shoes and coats. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms: one master bedroom/ with a bathroom that I’ll be occupying and 3 other rooms that will share a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is 11’x10.9’ with standard sized closet and is priced at $625/month. Bedroom 2 is 12’x11.5’ with standard sized closet which is priced at $650/month. Bedroom 3 is 12.7’x14.7’ with a walk-in closet priced at $675/month(other roommate is currently in this one, but is open to switching rooms if someone wants it) A security deposit of $675 will be required with first months rent that will be returned at the end of the lease. You will need good credit >630 and will have to fill out the application through the leasing agency. We all split utilities which comes out to be about $100/each a month, but has never been more so far. Our lease ends October 31st so you’ll be able to move in November 1st! I’m currently in school at GRCC to further my medical career and I work on the Ambulance here in Grand Rapids. I enjoy staying in as well as going out and enjoying myself with friends, but lately I’ve been extremely career-driven. Message me if you have any further questions!

Currently I am the only one scheduled to resign the new lease, but I will update information about other roommates as soon as possible. My names Josh and I’m extremely easy to get along with. I’m currently in school at GRCC to further my medical career and I work on the Ambulance here in Grand Rapids. I enjoy staying in as well as going out and enjoying myself with friends, but lately I’ve been extremely career-driven. My hobbies include exercise in all its forms, reading/writing, some cooking, hiking, camping, and I have an acoustic guitar that I plan on picking up and learning in the near future! **I almost forgot to mention our friendly feline roommate, Mika. She’s a 3-year old cat who loves people, is a bit skiddish, but is always ready to throw hands and play.
