**Looking for 1 roommate to sign the new lease as soon as they’re able to, hopefully for the remainder of the lease which goes until October 2026. We recently had a roommate move out unexpectedly to go off to the Navy so we’re looking for someone to help take over their room.

*It’s currently me and two other guys in their mid-early 20’s. We all get along really well so one of the most important things we’re looking for is someone that’s just easy to get along with and wants to be apart of that. Guys and girls are welcome as we’ve lived with both, all we all care about is keeping a nice easy-going / drama-free energy in the house. We’re all busy with life, work, and school so nobody wants house drama added to that list.

*House was recently built in 2019. It’s located off of 60th and Kalamazoo on the SE side of Grand Rapids in a safe new development neighborhood. The house comes with a 2 car garage that I won’t be parking my car in, only a motorcycle that I love riding in the summer time, a back porch with furniture, and a huge backyard with an in ground fire pit for those fall bonfires. It has a massive basement/man cave thats currently furnished with a huge couch, tv, and a boxing/mma gym, pool table, books, etc. as well as plenty of room for storage. Open middle floor plan that includes the kitchen, living room space, laundry room, half bathroom, and a closet for shoes and coats. Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms, one of which is the one we’re currently looking to fill which has been cleaned and cleared out ready for move-in!

*A $675 security deposit is needed at the beginning of the lease and gets returned at the end of the lease. We all split utilities which comes out to be about $100/each a month, but does vary a little more or a little less depending on the season. We all split the rent and utilities equally. Rent is paid through a mobile app ($705) and utilities is around ($100 +/-) so it comes out to around $800/month. Message me if you’re interested or if you have any questions!

**I almost forgot to mention our friendly feline roommate, Mika. She’s a 3-year old cat who loves people but is always ready to throw hands and play. Only 1 cat lives here though and she does have hypo-allergenic fur which is great since everybody is now allergic to cats, including myself, so it doesn’t bother us much at all along with the help of air filters.
