East Deer Springs Way

I have a roomy spare room in my apartment that attaches to its own bathroom, it has two average sized closets, and one window. This is at The Preserve Apartments, so you have access to pool and gym, it’s beautifully landscaped, and it’s also a gated community.

I work in sales at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (close the the apartments) 9-5 job, I have 1 small cat who is sweet, clean, and very low maintenance. I am looking for someone friendly, clean, and responsible to share the space with us. I am looking for someone that would be willing to sign a minimum of 10 months per the lease agreement, with the knowledge that I might be leaving for a job in LA in about 4 -5 months. At that point you could either keep the place to yourself assuming full rent, or find someone to replace me which I’d be happy to help with!
