Also available is the nice finished fully carpeted daylight basement. Den area, pellet stove or electric heat, bedroom that has space for office or exercise equipment. The den has a wide doorway but no door, the bedroom has a locking door. There is no bathroom in daylight basement but the shared full bathroom is at the top of the basement stairway. There is and entrance / exit to the backyard from the laundry room and also a door into the shop. 500.00 and 1/3 utilities and WIFI.

Shop is shared unless we all agree for just one roomie to use it; I personally don’t need it. 9 garden beds and 2 more areas for garden or flowers. You may use the main floor door to come and go, but the main floor living room is my area so please respect that and just be a little more quiet than you might in your own home.
