The place is a townhome off Cherokee St, near Soulard. Tall ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed brick. Remodeled kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer in basement. Fenced in back yard with garage. Walking distance to bars and places to eat. $600 per month. No security deposit necessary, just pay rent when you move in.

I’m a 30 y/o female who works in the Auto Industry. I recently lived in Colorado where I was a Sommelier, but certain events brought me back home to STL. I love all animals/creatures, cooking, gardening, and trying new things. I’m an Aries and I love to watch Game of Thrones, Sons of Anarchy, and Friends just to name a few. :) I love all genres of music. I enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis and being outdoors.
